Need to refresh your cycle skills? Never ridden on the road or in a group? Returning to cycling or a social cyclist looking for more from your bike?
Cam’s beginner’s course is specially designed to accommodate novices and social riders who wish to refresh, update and/or advance their bike skills. Our aim is to build your confidence through various tips, techniques and practise to give you the confidence to ride safely in a group, improve your bike handling skills and be a better cyclist – all under the professional guidance of our experienced and qualified coaches.

Our experienced coach will instruct you in theory and practice of sprinting.
Hill climbing is a specialised skill requiring practise and so is the art of descending, especially with; other riders on the road, inclement weather, unfamiliar roads or reduced visibility.
We are offering the opportunity to advance your skills with a Descending Masterclass at Mt Mee on Saturday 7 October 2017.
Under the guidance of experienced coaches, this 3.5 – 4 hour course will include guidance and practice on safe cornering, braking, riding the apex, following other cyclists, picking a line, passing tips – all aimed at increasing your confidence and to enhance your descents.
We depart Cam’s Cycle Coaching at 5:30am with an approximate return between 9:00am- 9.30am. Minimum number of 8 participants is required with a limit of 14 (we will have a wait list and if demand dictates we will put on another course).
Booking and payment is essential, non-refundable and required by Monday 25 September 2017.
3.5 to 4 hours including the ride out and back to Mt Mee. Departing Cam’s at 5.30 am or the option to meet at Dayboro Swimming Pool car park at 6:30am, and follow the bus to the back of Mt Mee.

She Rides is an introductory riding program focused on fitness, skills development and creating a social riding community of women – to get you ready to make riding part of your everyday life.
Each program is designed to run over eight weeks, with one session each week. The program includes face-to-face sessions with your accredited coach, in a small group environment, together with a three-month recreational membership to Cycling Australia.
